Tiny Ninjas is the the entry level to the all new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle training and freestyle movement. Introduction to basic parkour Skills.
Class goals: Listening skills, confidence, trying new things, working through frustration, and manners. We do all this through a myriad of skills and progressions.
Ages 3 & 4
Children learn a combinations of flips, rolls, jumps, and kicks in combination on strength & agility courses. Mini Ninjas will work on basic parkour and free running skills. They will be intro duced to our parkour obsticle coure.
